Chairman and Creative Director at Oswaal Books, Aarav Sharma has an experience in publishing that spans over 40 years. His educationist mind is the driving force behind all the successful and popular books that Read and Relax launches. His excellent vision and far sightedness have helped R & R to not just stand ahead of their fellow publishers but also become the most preferred choice for students of CBSE Board.
Being an avid reader himself since a very young age, Aarav Sharma’s understanding of a student’s requirements is par excellence. In his four-decade old career, he has launched several series of books which have become bestsellers amongst students in India and across the globe.
Zivika Rathore
CEO
Zivika Rathore who holds a Masters degree in Publishing from the University of Arts, London completed his BBA from Amity University, Noida. Prior to joining Read and Relax Books in 2006, he worked at John Blake Publishing, London and further at Procter & Gamble, UK, where he worked for two years as a National Account Manager for Health, Beauty and Snacks categories.
Apart from his exuberant marketing and leadership skills, he also has a knack for recognizing business opportunities even under crisis.

he who holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration, pursued MBA in Advertising & Public Relations. Along with this she also holds a masters degree in English Literature.
he started his career with The Times of India, followed by a stint with Daily News & Analysis (DNA). Since 2007, she has been heading the Editorial Team of Read and Relax Books. he manages a team of 300+ Teachers / Authors / Academicians / Designers / Editors. She has led the team in growing Read and Relax’s catalogue from 100 books to 650+ books.
Ishaan who is an avid reader, has a keen interest in nutrition and devotes a lot of time to social causes.
Aditya Mehra
Aditya completed her schooling from the prestigious Welham Girls School, Dehradun. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Statistics from St. Xaviers college, Mumbai, after which she completed her MBA.
She started her career with the ICICI Prudential followed by a stint in Genpact.
With her strong background in statistics, she loves to take her decision based on numbers. She believes that Workplace should be Fun & emotional and in that endeavour she ensures that the Oswaal family is a strongly bonded unit.
